4 July 2013 Event: San Antonio 4th of July Parade Location: San Antonio, Texas
David B. provided support to a neighborhood parade instead of the usual Castroville parade. Riding with David was 82 year old CPL Gold, Charlie Company, 7th Marine, 1st Div., one of the first Marines sent into the Korean conflict. After the parade, David was asked to visit a 97-year-old retired General (USAAC/USAF). The smile and joy in his face as the jeep arrived made the event especially meaningful.
