June 14, 2008 Location: Lockhart, Texas This year’s Lockhart Parade was a huge success! We assembled at Kaiserville at 0730 and proceeded to line-up and convoy to Lockhart after coffee and donuts. The weather was great, warm and sunny. The parade started at 0930 and proceeded through Lockhart. Another great parade this year.
Vietnam Memorial Rededication 2008
June 2, 2008 Location: Pflugerville, Texas The Traveling Vietnam Memorial Wall was displayed at the Cook-Walden/Capital Parks Funeral Home in Pflugerville, TX 78660. Lone Star MVPA was asked to supply vehicles for the event.

The standard stiff winds prevailed over the weekend, but no rain storms this year and the temperatures during the day were quite pleasant.
