Boy Scout Parade 2012

4 February 2012

We assembled at the TxDoT parking lot around 0700. The wether was cold and cloudy with a chance of rain. At 0730 we moved to the Congress Street Bridge to line up for the parade. At 0900 the parade started. We had a total of 6 vehicles which included two jeeps, an M37, Sam’s M1028, two Duces, and John’s 15 ton monster. All the vehicles were full of scouts with more walking in front and behind each vehicle. We had no breakdowns this year and there were no injuries. Overall a great parade. After the parade, we headed over to Threadgills for lunch.
