This year we were invited to participate in the 2nd annual Cedar Park Veteran’s Memorial at the Elizabeth Milburn Park in Cedar Park This was an open house event for the public with displays set up by the various military branches, first responders from the police, fire and EMS crews along with a Black hawk from Ft. Hood. Mid afternoon was the time to honor the local Veterans from the Cedar park area with special recognition and presenting of brick pavers for the Veteran’s Memorial in Cedar park to four special VIPs. Again we have very good representation from the MVPA with ten vehicles and Madison’s usual display of everything the military has ever issued in field equipment and weapons. Not sure who had the most visitors, him or the Black hawk from Ft. Hood. With many thanks from the local city council members we were asked for a repeat showing next year.
