Temple was a successful weekend for Lone Star Chapter again.
A good showing at Temple this year. Some of the old crew were missed, but a lot of newer folks were on hand. JD H still gets the distance award for driving all the way from Corpus, but Andy came close with a trip from Beeville, and there were several from San Antonio, Waco, Austin area, etc.
My count was 26 vehicles and 7 trailers, plus an enormous amount of assorted military gear on display.
Once again, a pleasant surprise in no rain! But we did have pretty strong winds. All in all, a worthwhile trip.
